If you are reading this you are probably aware that I am undertaking an ambitious experiment. I am using ancient yoga methods that legend says can make you regenerate and grow younger and testing my results scientifically.
It crossed my mind that although all these blood tests, body scans and facial age calculators are great there could be a more simple method?
What if you were to think back to when you were in your twenty and see if you can do what you used to do then? If you were able to practice martial arts then do so again and work up to the same number of lessons or if you used to go out dancing all night can you do this now?
Could it be that the best way to see if you are younger is to see if you can do what you did when you were younger? Likewise could returning to this kind of level of activity be part of the rejuvenation process?
