Yesterday I was happy to be invited to talk to the Aem Hai Martial arts academy in Norwich. The Squad performed a demonstration outside Bella Itallia in Riverside Norwich which was met with a great crowd. Everyone was really impressive and their hard work really shone through, with displays of technique, kata, take-downs and sparring. Thank you Sensei Dan Kean-Coburn for the kind invitation. For the demonstration and meeting, the team was a great inspiration.
